I work with individuals, small teams, and even put groups of people together for coaching experiences.
People have hired me to help them with presentation-readiness, team cohesion & processing, and to get past blocks in their work processes, whether in interpreting, leadership, and/or just life “stuckness”!
I also host groups of interpreters and interpreter educators seeking to align their practices with their individual and professional values. I help them increase the tools at their disposal for use in the real world.
Companies and institutions hire me to review curriculum, coach individuals and teams in management and teaching.
I am also hired to walk with programs through review, revision, and refinement of their offerings – customized to their institution, their community, their faculty and their students.
I also offer trainings that may be limited to a specific company/institution and/or opened to a wider community of interpreters and interpreter educators. I teach on topics from ethics and the demand-control schema to technical skills, and the benefits of being a reflective practitioner.
Art has been an important part of my reflective practices as a human and as a professional. I love to develop sessions or series of sessions around topics that are universally human, as well as specific to the interpreting world.
I have recently completed training on somatic coaching and now love to incorporate the body in our work to reflect, be, and remain present in our work and our lives.
People have hired me to run these for their group of employees, teams, and/or students. But I also host virtual sessions of my own.
